Sans Tabù at Maison&Objet, Paris, September 2017
This year we did again!
After the one in January, we also participated in the September edition of Maison&Objet, finding a very different ambiance and climate with an after the holidays’ relaxed mood.
Our booth was in Hall 4 “Elegant”, the area that focuses on home linens and accessories luxury brands such as La Perla and Mastro Raphael.
Sans Tabù has shown the new “Firecrackers” collection that is rich in embroideries but minimal in prints, very modern, and reoffered the Peach Blossom, from the Garden of Delight Collection, in sophisticated metallic versions.
Sans Tabù has aroused curiosity and interest thanks to the modern concept of luxury craft that distinguishes the brand, confirming our passions. We like to work with embroidery in a different, abstract way to match and overlay them with the prints, as well as with jacquard fabrics, which allow us to get full and silky surfaces with unexpected inserts of contrasting materials such as linen. The results are always a surprise tactile and visual effect. The knitted blankets and pillows were knitted mixing gold and silver with cashmere-wools worked in three-dimensional stitches, lace or fur alike. Decorative elements in various sizes give way to an eclectic, original styling, creating different yet complementary levels of color and texture.
The outcome: Trade shows are a special moment, where we learn from live reactions and when mingling with the neighbors’ booths is precious with insider’s information.
